We are seeking a proactive and results-driven
Work Integration Learning Coordinator to play a pivotal role in connecting employers with individuals eager to acquire practical skills in their respective fields.

The coordinator will be responsible for planning, strategizing, and building strong relationships with clients, both domestically and internationally.


Duties:

Duties include but are not limited to the following:


Client Relationship Management:


  • Develop and nurture relationships with employers and other stakeholders in the healthcare, IT, and hospitality sectors.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their workforce development goals and customize work integration learning solutions accordingly.

Program Development and Implementation:


  • Work closely with clients to design tailored work integration learning programs.
  • Coordinate the implementation of these programs, ensuring they align with client objectives and comply with relevant regulations.
  • Monitor program progress, making necessary adjustments for optimal outcomes.

Strategic Planning:


  • Develop strategic plans to expand work integration learning initiatives both domestically and internationally.
  • Identify potential partners, sponsors, and funding opportunities to support program growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in work integration learning.

Communication and Reporting:


  • Maintain clear and effective communication channels with clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Prepare regular reports on program performance, including key metrics and outcomes.
  • Present findings and progress updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Travel and International Engagement:


  • As required, travel both domestically and internationally to meet with clients, partners, and attend relevant events and conferences.
  • Foster international collaborations to expand work integration learning opportunities on a global scale.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university is preferred.
  • Proven experience in client relationship management and program coordination, preferably in the workforce development or education sector is desirable.
  • Excellent planning and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Willingness to travel, both domestically and internationally is desirable.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare, IT, and hospitality sectors is an asset.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and technology for program management is an asset.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
