**_Osgoode Properties Limited_**, a leader in rental property management, has an opening for a full-time **Bilingual** **Call Centre Agent**. Reporting to the Manager of Leasing and Advertising, you will be responsible to respond to all inquiries from a diverse range of prospective tenants and coordinate the viewing schedule at various properties. Specifically:

- Answer telephone calls from prospective tenants
- Determine the needs of prospective tenants
- Schedule appointments for unit viewing
- Call tenants for annual feedback
- Perform monthly market surveys
- Consistently focus on providing superior customer service
- Understand and adhere to all criteria outlined in the Certified Rental Building program (CRB) and the Crime-Free Multi-Housing Program (CFMHP), where applicable

**Requirements**:

- High school equivalent
- 2 to 3 years' experience in office administration, property management, call centre, sales and/or customer service
- Excellent oral communication and written skills in English and French
- General knowledge of landlord and tenant legislation
- Ability to put all prospective tenants at ease when answering their questions effectively and provides all required information
- Ability to overcome obstacles as presented by prospective tenants
- General knowledge of computer software systems, including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Yardi
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Good conflict-resolution skills, ability to deal patiently, tactfully and effectively with emotionally charged situations and a client base with diverse cultural, educational and socio-economic backgrounds
- Displays a positive work attitude and is enthusiastic
- Good organizational skills

This is a permanent full-time position which offers excellent benefits and a competitive salary. You will be required to work some evenings and alternating weekends.

Se rapportant au Gestionnaire de la publicité et des locations, l'Agent est responsable de répondre aux demandes d'information de locataires potentiels et de coordonner et céduler les visites à chacune de nos propriétés. Particulièrement:

- Répond à tous les appels téléphoniques de locataires potentiels
- Répond à toutes les demandes reçues par boite vocale, courriel ou chat
- Identifie les besoins de locataires potentiels
- Cédule les rendez-vous pour la visite des unités
- Communique avec les locataires pour obtenir leur avis (étude annuelle)
- Complète le sommaire mensuel du marché
- Fournit un excellent service la clientèle
- Comprend et suit tous les critères établis dans le programme d'immeubles locatifs certifiés et le programme de logements multiples sans criminalité, le cas échéant

**Exigences et qualifications**:

- Obtention d'un diplôme d'études secondaires
- 2 à 3 ans d'expérience en administration, gestion de propriétés, centre d'appel, vente ou service à la clientèle
- Très bonne communication orale et écrite en anglais et en français
- Connaissance générale des lois reliées au logement
- Habileté à répondre aux questions des locataires potentiels
- Habileté à surmonter les obstacles présentés par les locataires potentiels
- Bonne connaissance des systèmes informatiques tels Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) et Yardi
- Capacité à travailler seul et en équipe
- Habileté à résoudre les conflits, transiger avec patience, tacte et de façon efficace en situations émotives
- Capacité à transiger avec des clients de diverses cultures, niveaux de scolarité et antécédants socio-économiques
- Démontre une attitude positive avec enthousiasme
- Bonne organisation de travail
