You are a whiz at meeting your clients needs while also navigating the needs and relationships of your internal stakeholders.

You are organized, and a fantastic communicator who is comfortable meeting with clients.

You are comfortable in a fast-paced environment where you will where many hats and where you may need to live in an uncomfortable space as you grow and learn.


About you/qualifications

  • A passion for assisting clients and understanding what they need before they do
  • Outstanding communication skills, able to explain the story and provide context
  • Ability to multitask and switch gears between issuing, acquiring & digital enablement
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Friendly, open nature, with strong interpersonal skills and authenticity
  • Familiar with Microsoft office suite
  • Strong administration skills
  • Tech savvy to learn some of our other platforms
  • Experience in fin tech/banking/payments would be a plus

About the day-to-day:


  • Support our team of Customer Success Managers commercial client communications which include regular touch points, advice on internal policies, and escalation resolution
  • Champion clients needs while maintaining internal relationships with stakeholders
  • Keep spreadsheets and data bases up to date, obtain all information needed from clients
  • Sit in on client meetings by phone, web conferencing and in person
  • Provide weekly updates to Customer Success team on all account activity.
  • Develop your knowledge of all the products and services we offer and how our client base uses them
  • Support business objectives of individual clients and provide strategic insight to clients' program
