    Typically, you'll be working regular business hours, Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 4:30pm with flexibility around start & end times.

    You bring the ability to lead several process workstreams including structuring, financial modeling, legals, regulatory, accounting/tax and operational alignment.

    Your ability to work collaboratively with workstream leads and subject matter experts to arrive at risk-based approaches related to tactical execution steps is required.

    Strong corporate finance or capital markets background, keen business sense, with demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environments

    Background in debt capital markets, syndication, securitization and equity capital markets (equity, quasi-equity) preferred as the role will establish a distribution / capital markets desk within Treasury to invite debt and equity investors to participate in Peoples growth story.

    Skills in financial modeling, structuring of debt capital markets and equity capital markets transactions, ability to work through external counsel on legal agreements and negotiations with counterparties (financial institutions like credit unions, banks, trust and loans companies, non-bank FIs), DCM/ECM banks.

    Strong business acumen with an ability to understand market and economic trends, analyze a business from a commercial and operational standpoint, perform financial and sensitivity analyst, draw accurate and thoughtful conclusions
    Project Management processes and abilities to handle multiple processes flows and a track record to balance multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
    Lead all financial modeling, economic, P&L analysis
    Liaise with subject matter experts for accounting, operations, treasury, risk and regulatory considerations as part of evaluation process

    Initiate, build and maintain strong relationships with external debt and equity capital market consultants, counterparties/clients, and internal project leads to develop and execute transaction strategy.

    Assist in the structuring and financial modeling, preparation of investor decks and marketing materials for potential investors

    Provide critical feedback to counsel on transaction documents to ensure sanctity of structure is captured adequately in legal agreements.

    Deliver well communicated, balanced, and comprehensive analyses for each stage of deal evaluations and due diligence for the business's executives and key stakeholders
