    Student – Plan Administrator, you will be at the core of our mission.


    Here are the main responsibilities:

    • Preparing files to be sent to clients;
    • Analyzing files to ensure compliance;
    • Following up with clients by email to obtain missing information when required;
    • Entering client information into the system;
    • Processing simple financial transactions in the system;
    • Performing occasional administrative tasks.

    • Is currently a college or university student in administration or another related field;
    • Is available to work 15 hours per week during academic sessions (daytime, Monday to Friday) and full-time during the summer;
    • Demonstrates strong learning agility and curiosity;

    • Is recognized for a positive attitude, teamwork skills, rigor, and attention to detail;
    • Is comfortable using the Microsoft Office suite.##
