Are you looking for a unique opportunity that will allow you to use your organizational skills, as well as learn from experienced project and program managers in a supportive team?


STEMCELL is hiring for a Project Coordinator to mobilize project management skills, tools and frameworks, while providing support to our marketing team and being exposed to a wide range of projects across the department(s).

If you have a keen eye for details, are often described by others as a self-starter, and are someone who is committed to continually improving organizational processes, this role is for you As a team, we are big on shared learning, improvement and raising the project management bar.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support a variety of project in the department, including marketing campaigns and crossfunctional projects
  • Support designated Project Managers on several projects at once, including documenting project scope, timelines, deliverables and taking meeting minutes
  • Organize work of the project team in alignment of project goals
  • Assist in updating and maintaining organizational charts, key processes, regulatory documents, and databases

Knowledge and Qualifications

  • Typically requires a bachelor's degree with less than 2 years of work or coop experience)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and MS Project with the ability to learn new programs when required
  • Familiarity with completing standardized and templated documents
  • Knowledge of and experience with common administrative functions, such as correspondence writing, minute taking, and online filing
  • Commitment to continuous improvement of processes and organizational systems
