Are you looking for a unique opportunity that will allow you to use your organizational skills, as well as learn from experienced project and program managers in a supportive team?

STEMCELL is hiring for a Project Coordinator to mobilize project management skills, tools and frameworks, while providing support to our marketing team and being exposed to a wide range of projects across the department(s).

If you have a keen eye for details, are often described by others as a self-starter, and are someone who is committed to continually improving organizational processes, this role is for you As a team, we are big on shared learning, improvement and raising the project management bar.

Duties and Responsibilities

Coordinate and support a variety of project in the department, including marketing campaigns and crossfunctional projects
Support designated Project Managers on several projects at once, including documenting project scope, timelines, deliverables and taking meeting minutes
Organize work of the project team in alignment of project goals
Assist in updating and maintaining organizational charts, key processes, regulatory documents, and databases

Knowledge and Qualifications

Typically requires a bachelor's degree with less than 2 years of work or coop experience)
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and MS Project with the ability to learn new programs when required
Familiarity with completing standardized and templated documents
Knowledge of and experience with common administrative functions, such as correspondence writing, minute taking, and online filing
Commitment to continuous improvement of processes and organizational systems
