Job Title:
Social Media Coordinator

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a passion for content creation and social media management to join our team.

You will be expected to join us in the shop on a part-time basis a few times a week according to your own schedule with ideas prepared on shoots or content to be made that can then be uploaded and managed throughout the week.

You will be responsible for the content creation and management of our Instagram and TikTok pages.

We are ideally looking for.a student currently working in communications/marketing who is looking for the opportunity to make this position their own as they build their skills in an environment where they will be free to express themselves and experiment strategies and content types.

Duties:

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
Create and manage content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok.
Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback
Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing

Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences
Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
