The impact you will have:

The
Logistics Coordinator contributes to the overall success of the company by monitoring the production process.

They are responsible for maximizing workflow by managing the schedule, coordinating with the warehouse, keeping detailed records of the production line, estimating the time involved on a project, and closely monitoring the progress of each project.


The
Product Information Management (PIM) Analyst/Team Lead (Data) is responsible for cleaning product data and contribute to the data modelling of PIM data and WoodPro data, as needed.

The PIM Analyst is a critical support of the product information management process, including the structuring, cleaning preparation, review import of product data prior to import.

The Analyst will constantly track and evaluate Product data to ensure that it is complete, accurate and updated in a timely manner.


What you will do:


  • Work with the PIM Administrator, ERP, DCX, and Product Teams to organize, structure and manage product data and asset readiness for PIM import templates.
  • Source, clean and format product data in alignment with the established conventions, product taxonomy and PIM import templates, including:
  • Work with Product Experts to identify and finalize data dictionaries to migrate from legacy prompt system and values to new prompt system and values.
  • Define, maintain and QA excel formulas for efficiencies and scale, including formulas for long new product descriptions.
  • QA data cleanliness and completeness at the SKU level, prior to formatting data for import.
  • Update import templates with clean product data for import.
  • Action bulk upload of data as needed.
  • Support the creation, development and documentation of new product data conventions and data modelling, working with Product Experts and the PIM Administrator to validate new models and property conventions.
  • Identify and present insights into product data patterns, challenges, and opportunities for the organization.
  • Work with the PIM Administrator to develop improved workflows for accuracy, relevance, and completeness.
  • Support the PIM Administrator with data import and PIM management as required on the platform.
  • Training, support, and development of PIM Analyst interns and/or junior team members.
  • Instill discipline and a sense of urgency for realtime problem resolution to identify and eliminate problems.
  • Demonstrate excellence in completion of all other duties as assigned.

What you bring to the table:

  • An excellent project manager who delivers to quality outcomes to deadline.
  • Highly skilled at selfdirected work and prioritysetting
  • Work experience and proficiency in Excel, SQL, SQL Server Reporting Services, MS Project and or similar Data analysis programs.
  • Passionate about data, process, workflows, and governance
  • Strong collaborator and structural thinker, who can effectively manage multiple perspectives and processes to achieve a successful collective result.
  • Exceptional attentiontodetail.
  • Experience in the lumber and panel industry is an asset.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills.
  • High level of confidentiality dealing with sensitive information.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline or equivalent experience is an asset.
  • Passion for our products and learning; existing product knowledge is an asset.
  • A quick learner who leads with curiosity and likes to wrestle a problem to the ground.
  • Training or experience in data management or processes
