Responsibilities:
- Lead domestic student recruitment
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategy for domestic student recruitment
- Providing guidance and advice to applicants regarding program options, requirements, and available resources. This might involve discussing academic or career goals and how they align with the institution's offerings.
- Assist students in developing an educational plan and strategies to improve student success.
- Organize and participate in educational recruitment events.
- Organize and participate in educational marketing events.
- Participate in sector specific conferences and events.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- Experience working in domestic student recruitment.
- Experience in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies
Salary:
$35,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mississauga, ON L5C 4E9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree (required)
Experience:
- Recruitment, Sales, Marketing: 2 years (preferred)
Language:
- English (preferred)
