Experience & Qualifications:

Post-Secondary Education in one of Computer Science, Information Technology or Product Management.
5+ years' experience in Software Project Management. Additional experience in business analysis is an asset.
Ample experience delivering projects in Agile (Scrum or Kanban).
Prior experience using Jira for User Stories, Use Cases, Acceptance criteria and defect management.
Experience planning, managing and executing multiple complex projects and initiatives simultaneously through to successful completion in a timely manner.
Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and energize teams.
Outstanding interpersonal skills, thrives in a challenging environment.

Skills, Efforts & Attributes:

Planning, scheduling, coordinating, and managing all aspect of the project.
Interact with internal stakeholders, project team members and 3rd party software vendors.
Maintain and present status reports and decisions.
Work with other PMs, Business Analysts, Stakeholders, QA and Developers to deliver a quality solution in a timely manner.
Assist in team development by removing roadblocks to their work, mentoring them and making a good utilization of organizational resources to improve capacity for project work.
Promote empowerment of the team by ensuring that each team member is fully engaged in the project with meaningful contribution.

Working Conditions:

Full time, 40 hours weekly.
