Experience & Qualifications:


  • Post-Secondary Education in one of Computer Science, Information Technology or Product Management.
  • 5+ years' experience in Software Project Management. Additional experience in business analysis is an asset.
  • Ample experience delivering projects in Agile (Scrum or Kanban).
  • Prior experience using Jira for User Stories, Use Cases, Acceptance criteria and defect management.
  • Experience planning, managing and executing multiple complex projects and initiatives simultaneously through to successful completion in a timely manner.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and energize teams.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, thrives in a challenging environment.

Skills, Efforts & Attributes:


  • Planning, scheduling, coordinating, and managing all aspect of the project.
  • Interact with internal stakeholders, project team members and 3rd party software vendors.
  • Maintain and present status reports and decisions.
  • Work with other PMs, Business Analysts, Stakeholders, QA and Developers to deliver a quality solution in a timely manner.
  • Assist in team development by removing roadblocks to their work, mentoring them and making a good utilization of organizational resources to improve capacity for project work.
  • Promote empowerment of the team by ensuring that each team member is fully engaged in the project with meaningful contribution.

Working Conditions:


  • Full time, 40 hours weekly.
