Job Description:


Reporting to the Manager, Centre for Organizational Learning, the incumbent provides leadership and support in the development, delivery and just-in-time support of technology training solutions for all employees.

Training will span a wide range of technologies and systems used at the College.

The training delivery is expected to be dynamic and flexible in order to support learner adoption and usage of the College's technologies.


The incumbent is responsible for:

  • Identifying, assessing and analyzing the technology training needs of all College employees in support of the College's strategic plan;
  • Planning, developing and implementing various technology training program initiatives for College employees;
  • Monitoring and evaluating program performance by conducting program evaluations and annual client surveys and using performance metrics and developing program improvement strategies for implementation;
  • Leading and facilitating the delivery of various technology training initiatives.


Required Qualifications- Minimum of a three (3) year diploma/degree in Information Technology related diploma/degree or relevant work experience in information technology, enterprise systems, emerging technologies professional training, delivery, assessment and support;- Minimum of five (5) years experience in the development, delivery, assessment of Information Technology training solutions;- Minimum of five (5) years experience working in a dynamic, client-centered environment;- Proficiency with current IT platform/enterprise solutions such as MS Office Suite, Workday, Salesforce, learning management systems and emerging workplace technologies;- Self-motivated and creative with the ability to provide guidance and leadership in the development of technology and systems training;- Ability to research and recommend technology and training solutions to enhance employee learning and workflow processes;- Ability to effectively work both independently and as a part of a team is necessary;- Superior oral and written communication skills;- Excellent interpersonal and client service skills.
