Description
We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst with a strong background in Group Benefits. This project is for a Call Centre replacement Program that our Operations BA/BSA Team (8-10 members) are contributing on.

The BA/BSA will help provide the roadmap for transitioning from multiple call centers to Amazon Connect, for the Group Benefits division.

Who are the stakeholders (Internal, external and/or global)?
Internal

What are the main 3-5 responsibilities of this resource?
1) GB assessment (current/future state analysis)
2) GB User Stories/Documentation
3) Testing

What are the main 3-5 technologies of the resource?
Learning /Understanding our Call Centre needs to support our GB Members (that can be learned on the job)
Data/Impact Analysis - familiarity with Process & Data Modelling
Experience with JIRA, Confluence & MIRO

How many years of experiences are we looking for?
5 +

Is specific industry experience required? No
BA/BSA with
AGILE experience


Job Type:
Fixed term contract

Contract length: 8 months


Salary:
$60.00-$75.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
