YOUR ROLE:


As an Account Manager in the distribution sector, you will play a crucial role between our company and our key clients.

Your role will involve maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, maximizing sales opportunities, achieving goals, and ensuring client satisfaction and retention.


You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure an exemplary level of service, thus reflecting the values and image of our company.


  • Plan, execute, and take charge of managing client accounts and projects, ensuring a proactive and resultsoriented approach;
  • Work closely with clients to identify their product and/or service needs, aiming to develop customized solutions that meet their expectations;
  • Develop detailed project plans to achieve specific client objectives, ensuring efficient management of resources and timelines;
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, thereby fostering brand success and project goal achievement;
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and customer service teams to create an exceptional customer experience, ensuring seamless coordination of efforts and solutions provided;
  • Provide regular updates, proactively respond to inquiries, and resolve client concerns quickly and effectively;
  • Organize and conduct regular meetings with clients;
  • Monitor project performance closely, identifying improvement opportunities and taking corrective actions when necessary.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking passionate individuals eager to make a difference in an innovative environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience;
  • Approximately 5 years of business development experience; Strong interpersonal skills and customer orientation;
  • Practical experience in data analysis, solving business problems, and making strategic decisions in a professional context;
  • Ability to influence and propose solutions;
  • Technical skills, communication and negotiation skills;
  • Experience in creating detailed reports and presentations;
  • Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, intermediate/advanced Excel;
  • Developed skills in planning, organizing, time management, and prioritization;
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English (communication with Englishspeaking clients);
  • Team spirit and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
