Accounts Payable Administrator - Toronto, Canada - SPIN MASTER LTD

What will you work on?
This position reports to the Manager of Accounts Payable and is responsible for maintaining efficient and effective administrative processes and policies to ensure systematic and timely invoice payments.
How will you create impact?
Full cycle Accounts Payable duties including but not limited to:
- Review and process invoices and requisitions, ensuring compliance with approval guidelines.
- Assist in conducting weekly payment runs.
- Perform account reconciliations as required.
- Collaborate with vendors and business partners to resolve payment issues.
- Support different departments in adhering to payment processes.
- Participating in user testing and validation procedures.
What are your skills and experience?
- Minimum of 3+ years' experience in Accounts Payable.
- Previous experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
