Job description:


Our growing company is looking for reliable, experienced cleaner to clean two condominium apartment buildings in Guelph 38-43 hours per week.

The buildings are near each other, reliable transportation to go back and forth between the buildings is an asset, but not required.

There is a mix of light and heavy duty cleaning tasks to be done. We are looking for an emphasis reliability and attention to detail. We are looking for someone friendly and professional. Applicants must be available to work Monday through Friday. The earliest starting time would be 730am and the latest you would be required to work is 5pm.


Job requirements:


Responsibilities:


  • Handling keys and FOB's
  • Working in a safe manner
  • Reporting any unsafe conditions
  • Use personal protective equipment as required
  • Monitoring levels of supplies

Working conditions:

The applicant must be available Monday to Friday, as early as 730am and as late as 5pm


Skills:


  • Attention to detail
  • Experience cleaning windows, bathrooms, elevators (stainless steel)
  • Ability to switch around garbage compactor bins in garbage room
  • Ability to send messages and pictures via cell phone
  • Valid driver's license an asset (not required)
  • Reliable transportation (no required)
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs
  • Filling softener salt tanks
  • Managing their time effectively
  • Strong work ethic
  • Able to follow schedules and checklists
  • Self starter
  • Organized
  • Communication skills

Salary:

$18.75/hour to start
