Job Summary:


How you will make an impact:

  • Participate in overall business planning and own the strategic development of category plans within your area of responsibility and ensure efficient management of other functions, delivering overall business objectives and enhance business performance.
  • Remain current on industry trends that could lead to development of new strategic initiatives in providing sustainable growth, sales, and profitability.
  • Identify category growth opportunities and create plans to support execution for strategic and major category assignments.
  • Develop automation processes to drive effectiveness and efficiency of procurement processes
  • Engage suppliers to foster strategic, mutually beneficial relationships
  • Lead and conduct quarterly business performance reviews with representatives' key business stakeholders and suppliers
  • Use formal analysis tools such as cost models and portfolio analysis to manage categories and suppliers.
  • Experience supporting development and implementing program performance standards.
  • Lead project management and implementation of new suppliers' programs.
  • Special projects or other duties as assigned.

About you:


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a fastpaced environment meeting tight deadlines efficiently.
  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • MBA and Food Industry experience is advantageous
  • A proven track record of delivering results while being self
- motivated in a dynamic environment

  • Computer proficiency, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.) and database management.
  • Excellent relationship building skills along with strong influencing skills to persuade stakeholders and achieve desired results
