- Be familiar with the property.
- Be familiar with all trash bins. Know which ones you are able to use as some of these belong strictly to the tenants.
- Also, know which bin each tenant uses.
- If a pick-up is missed, report it immediately to Oakridge.
- Ensure that the properties are safe, clean, and well-maintained at all times.
- This includes all hardscape and softscape areas.
- Some sites have special instructions that may be somewhat different than this list. These requirements will be submitted to you.
- Never leave the site untidy
- Pick up litter in the parking lot, planting beds, sidewalks, loading areas, sod areas, etc
- Clean around dumpsters.
- Clean under stairs and landings.
- Wipe window ledges.
- Clean mailbox areas.
- Clean phone booths.
- Sweep along the curb line in order to remove small debris such as cigarette buts, leaves, grass clipping, trash, etc.
- Change all bags in trash receptacles and clean lids.
- Keep the plaza clean, tidy, and neat.
- Keep the maintenance room organized and clean.
- Valid Driver's License or having reliable transportation to and from the job site is a MUST.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work long hours.
- Ability to work outdoors all year.
- Self-motivated.
- Ability to think as a team player.
- Ability to do physical work.

Location: Ancaster, Ontario (Golf Links Rd)Pay: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour.
