Fundamental Areas of Focus:


  • Liaise & cultivate relationships with 3rd Party customers (B2B)
  • Grow sales with 3rd Party companies by acquiring pipeline active ingredients, selling to 3rd Party, or in return discovering new suppliers for ADAMA
  • Coordinate 3rd Party activities with Global counterparts to ensure strategic alignment
  • Develop account plans for each 3rd Party customer and capture & communicate activities & market intelligence in ADAMA's CRM platform, Salesforce
  • Forecast 3rd Party needs monthly
  • Understand portfolio & registration needs in Canada
  • Identify potential active ingredient or product swap opportunities
  • Facilitate NDAs, Material Transfer Agreements & supply agreements
  • Align B2B activities with Portfolio Strategy Managers
  • Evaluate & establish pricing of 3rd Party products with Finance & Strategy
  • Review & validate business plans to ensure alignment with 3rd party needs
  • Participate in M&A projects & contribute to discussions of divestment ideas to countries & Global counterparts
  • Participate in Global Portfolio projects

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree from 4year University program
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in sales, product management or related fields preferably from the agricultural industry.
