    We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic professional for a full-time role to join our team near Montreal as:

    Office Manager / Executive Assistant

    DILAX is on the lookout for an Office Manager / Executive Assistant to enhance our team. Do you have experience in a small tech company? Are you a pro at Microsoft Excel with strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV or a similar ERP system? Are you detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal English skills, along with fluency in French? If yes, keep reading.

    Your responsibilities include:

    The Office Manager / Executive Assistant is crucial in ensuring smooth business operations. Responsibilities are carried out both independently and in collaboration with the President and involve:

    HR

    • Process bi-weekly payroll
    • Manage vacation, overtime, and benefits
    • Handle expense accounts
    Accounting
    • Calculate sales taxes
    • Verify GL
    • Handle cheque deposits
    AP/AR
    • Manage Accounts Receivable and Payable
    • Interact with suppliers
    • Send invoices and manage payments
    • Handle inventory and warranty obligations
    Under Sales Team
    • Assist in bid documentation
    • Organize customer calls and meetings
    • Support trade show activities

    What we need from you:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Office Administration or relevant field
    • 3+ years of administrative experience
    • Experience with Quebec-based accounting
    • Logistics experience is a plus
    • Highly organized and a quick learner
    • Proficient in English and French
    • Advanced in Microsoft Office
    • Familiar with CRM systems
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Self-driven, team player, and detail-oriented

    Working conditions:
