    Rédacteur/Rédactrice technique pour les Solutions TI

    RÉSUMÉ DU POSTE



    Notre client est à la recherche d'un(e) Rédacteur/Rédactrice technique pour les Solutions TI pour rejoindre son équipe. Le candidat aura la responsabilité de créer, mettre à jour et maintenir une documentation complète pour diverses solutions informatiques et systèmes au sein de l'organisation. Ce rôle implique de collaborer avec des équipes interfonctionnelles, notamment des développeurs, des spécialistes de l'assurance qualité et des analystes d'affaires, afin de recueillir des informations techniques et de les traduire en une documentation claire.

    Mandat de 6 mois, possibilité de renouvellement.

    RESPONSABILITÉS

    • Créer et tenir à jour la documentation relative aux processus, à la technique et à la formation.
    • Gérer la base de connaissances informatique pour les niveaux de support 1, 2 et 3.
    • S'aligner sur la gestion de projet pour mettre à jour les documentations pertinentes.
    • Structurer et organiser les pages Confluence en fonction des produits informatiques et des unités d'affaires ; besoin de s'aligner sur les tableaux Jira.
    • Structurer et organiser Figma pour les développeurs, QA et BA afin de documenter les solutions technologiques et les processus.
    • Organiser les sites IT SharePoint pour les aligner sur Confluence et les autres structures.
    • Organiser le site SharePoint de l'entreprise pour refléter les solutions et processus technologiques.
    • Gérer la liste de contrôle d'accès pour toutes les plateformes de documentation.
    • Collaborer avec le service d'assistance informatique et l'équipe des solutions informatiques pour maintenir la documentation pertinente à jour.
    • Collaborer avec le département de la communication pour créer et mettre à jour les communications informatiques.
    • Collaborer avec l'équipe de gestion des changements pour créer et mettre à jour les documents informatiques.
    • Créer des modèles et des documents pour les communications relatives aux incidents majeurs et à la maintenance.
    • Créer des documents de formation et des lignes directrices pour le support informatique et les départements commerciaux.
    • Tâches de soutien administratif supplémentaires.

    EXIGENCES

    • Baccalauréat dans un domaine pertinent.
    • Plus de 2 ans d'expérience dans une grande entreprise.
    • Créatif et sens du détail et de l'organisation.
    • Bonne connaissance de la suite Atlassian : Confluence, Jira.
    • Bonne connaissance de Figma : Design et Board.
    • Bonne connaissance des fonctionnalités de SharePoint et de MS Teams.
    • Expérience de la suite Office : PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, Planner/Project.
    • Expérience de l'assistance informatique, du développement de logiciels et de la documentation relative aux intégrations SaaS.
    • Basé à Montréal, 3 jours par semaine au bureau
    • Disponible pour voyager jusqu'à 10% du temps.
    • Le bilinguisme est requis car ce rôle exige des communications quotidiennes à l'extérieur du Québec.

    Technical Writer for IT Solutions

    JOB SUMMARY



    Our client is seeking a Technical Writer for IT Solutions responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining comprehensive documentation for various IT solutions and systems within the organization. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, quality assurance specialist, and business analysts, to gather technical information and translate it into clear and user-friendly documentation.

    6-month contract, possibility of renewal

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Create and maintain Process, Technical and Training documentation.
    • Manage the IT Knowledge Base for Support Level 1, 2 & 3.
    • Align with Project Management to update relevant documentations.
    • Structure and organized Confluence pages based on the IT Products and Business Units; need to align to the Jira boards.
    • Structure and organize Figma for Devs, QA and BA to document technology solutions and processes.
    • Organize the IT SharePoint sites to be aligned with Confluence the other structures.
    • Organize the Business SharePoint to reflect the technology solutions and processes.
    • Manage the access control list for all documentation platforms.
    • Collaborate with the IT Service Desk and the IT Solutions team to maintain relevant documentation up to date.
    • Collaborate with Communication Department to create and update IT related communications.
    • Collaborate with the Change Management team to create and maintain IT related documents.
    • Create template and documents for IT major incidents and maintenances communications.
    • Create training documentation and guidelines for IT Support and Business departments.
    • Additional administrative support tasks.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
    • 2+ year of working in a large enterprise.
    • Creative and sense of details and organization.
    • Good knowledge of Atlassian suite: Confluence, Jira.
    • Good knowledge of Figma: Design and Board.
    • Good knowledge of SharePoint and MS Teams features.
    • Exposure to Office Suite: PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, Planner/Project.
    • Experience working with IT Support and Software Development and SaaS integrations documentations.
    • Montreal based, 3 days a week in the office
    • Available for travel up to 10%
    • Bilingualism is required because this role requires daily communication outside of Quebec
