RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall supervision of millwrights and electricians in a unionized environment
• Supervise operation of plant equipment and services, involving cost control, safety, and product quality
• Help with improving the preventive maintenance program to reduce downtime and improve overall maintenance costs
• Develop employee effectiveness and lead by example
• Plan and implement preventative maintenance
• Duties as otherwise assigned

Qualifications
-433A Millwright, maintenance background or mechanical engineer

• Experience with PLCs and troubleshooting
• Abilities to troubleshoot, modify, install and maintain equipment
• Knowledge of Microsoft and computer skills
