At Enbridge, our Gas Measurement Billing Clerks are primarily responsible for working with Field Representatives to retrieve, enter, monitor and maintain gas measurement data in the appropriate systems, so they are ready for billing

What You Will Do (Responsibilities):

Utilizing various systems and software, such as, Maximo, SAP-CIS, PowerSpring and excel to monitor and maintain gas measurement data.
Identify potential metering inaccuracies and initiate action for field representatives to investigate and follow up in order to provide accurate and timely billing.
Ensure gas consumption information for all high pressure/industrial and low-pressure large volume customers are verified, accurate, and completed on time to ensure that billing deadlines are met twice a month, every month.-
Complete all billing issues, no bills, exchanges, trouble calls and data gaps as required.
Enter monthly and daily volume entries.
Large Volume Measurement is a deadline driven department that thrives on achieving targets and meeting Key Performance Indicators.

Who You Are (Qualifications):

Minimum grade 12 education.
Proven computer skills with the ability to learn and use a variety of other computer software programs (i.e. windows, outlook, excel, word, etc.).
Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills within a team environment
Demonstrated mathematical and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure as part of a team with mínimal supervision.
Ability to effectively satisfy customer inquiries related to volume calculations and consumption data.
Capable of analyzing available information in order to calculate estimated gas consumptions for billing.
Ability to assess a situation and make decisions in a timely manner.-
