    Provide product solutions, technical support, and competitor cross references.
    Create and follow up on engineering feasibility/special requests for custom or made-to-order configurations of products.
    Create, maintain, and follow up on cases in Salesforce.
    Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
    Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
    Strong knowledge of low & medium voltage electrical products.
    Knowledge of Salesforce, SAP, & ERP Platforms (an asset).
    Experience in work with Office 365 and Excel.
    Demonstrate a high level of initiative, and the ability to manage multiple project deadlines simultaneously
    Fluency in both English and French, both written and spoken. French is required. English is also required to communicate with customers outside Quebec on a regular basis.
