- Developing and effectively implementing the sales strategy.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in sales and market development in the fire protection industry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in spoken and written French.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English is required as the incumbent will be in regular contact with our offices in other Canadian provinces or will be in contact with clients outside Quebec.
- Strong ability to read plans and specifications.
- Interpersonal interaction skills, leadership ability, and teamwork collaboration.
- Ability to quickly learn computer tools (manufacturing software, CRM, inventory, etc.).
- Execution speed, organizational skills, and time management are desirable.
- Diplomacy, tact, and courtesy.
- Strong ability to work both in a team and independently.

- 3 weeks of vacation starting May 1 following 1 year of service, 12 statutory holidays and paid leave, as well as 4 paid personal days per year.
- Schedule based on a 37.5-hour workweek with 1 Friday afternoon off every 2 weeks.
