Introduction Your Role and Responsibilities We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HR Functional Specialist specializing in Payroll and Time Management modules. This role entails a strong grasp of SAP HCM configurations, Payroll, Time Management, and their integration with other SAP modules like FI/CO and Benefits. Responsibilities: Design, configure, and optimize SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management modules to meet evolving business needs. Conduct detailed testing phases and ensure system functionality aligns with business requirements. Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders for seamless integration. Provide technical guidance, training, and lead implementation of SAP support packs. Location - Ontario, Alberta Required Technical and Professional Expertise: Minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience in SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management. Proficiency in configuring schemas, rules, work schedules, and time evaluation. Ability to handle complex payroll scenarios and statutory compliance requirements. Understanding of integration points between SAP modules. Experience in managing payroll simulations, retroactive accounting, and yearend adjustments. Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise: Over 5 years of experience in SAP HCM configurations, with a focus on Canadian Payroll and Time Management. Completion of at least three full life cycle implementations. Certified Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) or equivalent. Knowledge of collective agreements and complex calculations.
