    Microchip Technology Inc. has a Senior Client Engagement Manager opening based in the Montreal, Quebec. As a client engagement manager, you will be responsible for identifying and building new business.

    Use insight and consultative selling techniques to teach customers about their industry and offer unique perspectives on their business, which link back to Microchip 's solutions.

    Communicate effectively with Microchip business units, providing quantifiable feedback and ROI for their investments in clients.
    Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or business
    ~Strong account management, business acumen, communication, and negotiations skills
    ~ Adept at relationship building and organizational skills.
    ~ Ability to understand client's business and needs and lead both customers and internal executives and managers on key initiatives.
