**Team Description**:
The Client Experience team is responsible for delivering an outstanding client experience and ensuring our clients extract the most value from iQmetrix products and services.

**Job Summary**:
***As a Bilingual (English/French) Strategic Client Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving revenue by maximizing the value our clients derive from iQmetrix products and services. This role plays a part in contributing towards revenue growth, client retention, and maximizing data to drive decisions. At iQmetrix, we're not just about delivering outstanding client experiences; we're also committed to fostering revenue growth and ensuring long-term client retention.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with strategic clients to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant iQmetrix solutions.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs and contribute to the development of tailored solutions that drive additional revenue.
- Actively participate in discussions around new features and products, aligning client needs with innovative solutions.
- Implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty, ensuring they remain long-term partners with iQmetrix.
- Proactively address and resolve client concerns, acting as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure a smooth resolution process.
- Leverage your expertise to anticipate potential challenges and provide proactive solutions, reinforcing client confidence in iQmetrix.
- Utilize powerful reporting tools to analyze client usage patterns and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with clients to interpret data, demonstrating the value iQmetrix brings to their business and suggesting ways to further leverage our solutions for growth.

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of related experience in Client/Account Management in the Wireless industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and French (bilingual proficiency is required).
- Energetic personality with a passion for working with people and helping clients.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Ability to react quickly and effectively to clients' needs.
- A keen understanding of how client engagement contributes to revenue growth, with a track record of driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- A commitment to ensuring clients not only succeed but thrive, fostering long-term partnerships based on mutual growth and success.
- The ability to leverage data and reporting tools to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in client engagement strategies.
