Participates in the development and implementation of the School's short and long range strategic and academic planning processes.

Represents the School and participates in various committees including the School's Management Committee, Undergraduate Program Committee, Infrastructure Committee and Communication and External Relations Committee.

Develops and manages the annual operating and equipment budgets to ensure an effective use of resources.

Manages a range of operational and administrative services for the School and leads the administrative team in the development of effective administrative structures and strategies to support academic programs, administrative planning and forecasting, and research activities.

Assists the Associate Director and Director with course and enrolment planning.

Develops community and campus relationships that support the goals of the School in the areas of recruitment and retention, student services, alumni relations, industry partnerships, internal and external marketing and promotion.


Qualifications:


Undergraduate degree and 5 years of related experience including experience in project leadership, budget and financial management, office administration, human resources management and post-secondary curriculum advising, planning and coordination, OR an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
