About Troico:

Troico boasts a team of three award-winning in-house interior designers, renowned for their expertise in translating clients' visions into stunning, functional spaces.

With a commitment to excellence, our designers work closely with clients to ensure every project is executed to perfection, from conception to completion.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with our talented interior designers to translate design concepts into precise technical drawings and plans.

Produce detailed drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and construction documents, using industry-standard software.

Ensure accuracy and adherence to building codes and regulations throughout the drafting process.

Communicate effectively with project managers, designers, and clients to address any revisions or modifications as needed.


Requirements:

Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and other relevant drafting tools.

Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Knowledge of building codes and regulations is preferred.

Pay:
$30.00-$50.00 per hour


Expected hours:

Flexible Language Requirement:

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

• Overtime pay

• Coquitlam, BC V3K 6W1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
