Role Summary:
_**Our Mississauga office is currently recruiting a Branch Administrator on a temporary contract to join the team to support all aspects of administration for the GTHA & Northern Ontario branches (Toronto, Hamilton, Barrie and Sudbury).
**_Key Job Responsibilities:
_**- Provide administrative support as needed for all departments
- Data entry as required including for company reports and within company systems
- Assist the Coordinators, Sales Reps, and Sales Support Specialists
- Track invoices, and invoice disputes
- Resolve contracts in JDE through Rollbacks, credit and rebills
- Keep track of all part sales orders/ related queries
- Processing and tracking of returned merchandise
- Create Purchase orders for parts/Subcontractors
- Other duties as assigned by the Manager
Qualifications:
_**- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and able to work under pressure
- Flexibility to multitask in a fastpaced environment
- Computer skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Post-Secondary education in Office Administration or a related discipline preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a fastpaced administrative environment
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision/selfmotivated and desire to work on a winning team
- Ability to work under pressure while meeting timelines
- Excellent presentation and time management skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communications skills
- Selfmotivator with a positive outlook
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective at building relationships with a strong client service orientation
- Adaptable to changing environments
- Detailoriented and strong organizational skills
