Bilingual Team Lead - North York, Canada - Unity Payments
Description
Unity Payments is one of the most successful companies in the Payment Processing Industry.We are looking for a bilingual (English/French) Team Lead to assist with managing our Customer Service and Training team and provide effective guidance.
You will be responsible for supervising and motivating team members daily.As a team leader, you will be utilizing your excellent communication skills to provide support for team members when required in their daily tasks.
You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.Ultimately, you should lead by setting a good example and engage the team to achieve goals.
Responsibilities:
- Train new hires.
- Provide coaching and feedback to customer service reps.
- Monitor team performance and productivity to Director as needed.
- Ensure both individual and team goals are met.
- Assess individuals' performances.
- Review call recordings.
- Create incentives to keep team members motivated.
- Handle escalations.
- Analyze and report on stats.
- Report regularly to managers.
- Ensure priority matters are handled promptly.
- assist Director in facilitating team meetings as needed.
- assist Director in implementation of strategies and initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- communicate updates to the team as needed.
- motivate the team and share positive feedback.
- Listen to and address employee concerns.
Requirements and skills
- Degree/diploma in business or equivalent is an asset.
- comfortable presenting to a group.
- Bilingual: Fluent in French and English.
- Experience with Excel and MS Office.
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
- Organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Decisionmaking skills.
Job Types:

Pay:
$50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
