Job summary
The Clinic Experience Associate supports vacation and sickness coverage in a part-time role.This position creates a welcoming environment for clients, responds to inquiries, solves problems, schedules private/acute clients effectively,
schedules to maximize opportunity for client access to care (including access to online booking), educates and supports the client in engaging with digital tools
and resources such as the Client Portal and online booking maintained confidentiality of client records at all times facilitates effective flow within the clinic.
- A natural ability to connect with people and build strong relationships
- Demonstrated ability to identify problems/potential problems quickly coupled with strong problem solving skills
- Be Pro-active and Results-oriented
