FIVE GUYS Burgers and Fries is currently looking for experienced, career-oriented, enthusiastic and energetic
Assistant-Manager for our new
Laval (Espace Montmorency) location.

Salary:

Shift supervisor - $19/hr + tips + bonus

A-M - Starts at 42 k +

The Assistant-Manager are responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant. They must coach, motivate and lead their team to serve perfect burgers and perfect fries. They ensure that the restaurants are clean and their customers are happy.

Schedule:
Full-time. Training begins ASAP and will be held either at our Montreal, Blainville or DDO locations.

Roles and Responsibilities for a FIVE GUYS Assistant-Manager:
The manager ensures delivery on guest satisfaction through managing the daily operations of a single restaurant.

He/She helps manage:
- (A-M) Operations,

People development,
Guest service and;

- (A-M) Compliance across shifts for desired restaurant outcomes (i.e. increased sales, profitability and employee retention).

Salary:

From $42,000.00 per year
