We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Payroll and HR Representative to join our People team in Langley, BC.

Reporting to the Supervisor, Retail Payroll, you will be responsible for providing administrative support for the People department in relation to retail payroll and benefits.

You will be responsible for:

Administering Team Member weekly payroll/HR data under numerous Collective Agreement rules for a group of stores including the processing of weekly pay cheque information, processing hires, terminations, transfers, and job changes.
Administering Team Member benefits processing benefit enrolments, changes, and cancellations.
Responding to inquiries from Store Payroll Clerks, Store Managers and Team Members regarding payroll and benefits issues.
Reviewing and preparing payment information for various annual payouts.
Maintaining employee data on company HRIS.
Performing other duties as required.

You have:

13 years of previous office administration experience, ideally with a background in payroll and benefits. Proficiency with Office 365 including, Teams, MS Word, and Excel. An understanding of Employment Standards and collective agreements. Previous experience with storelevel payroll is considered an asset. Experience with Workday is considered an asset
