    Retirement Savings Plan with Profit Sharing

    In this role, you will be trained to operate manual machines including Lathes, gang drills, pull broach radial drills, Mitts & Merrill key seater, and heat treat.

    Measure examine, and test completed parts to ensure conformance to specifications using inspection instruments
    Ensure the quality of parts produced meets the specified print and standard process control guidelines
    Maintain all shop equipment and report any failures or problems to your supervisor immediately
    Martin will provide through training with an opportunity to further develop your skills in other departments
    Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (we are currently working overtime, leaving at 5:00 PM)
    Machine shop experience or mechanical aptitude
    ability to read and comprehend instructions written in English and complete simple logs and reports in English
    Knowledge of basic machining practices and materialswithgeneral mechanical knowledge
    Work scheduled hours and comply with the company's timekeeping policy and all other company policies
    Consistently stand for an entire shift
