YEAR-ROUND EMPLOYMENT- Experience in the capacity of Line Cook (or First Cook) is considered an asset
- Safe Food Handling certificate required
- Possess knowledge of food preparation, presentation, techniques, and quality standards
- Ability to plan and organize
- Team player
- Demonstrates initiative, enthusiasm, and selfmotivation
- Must be flexible to work all shifts days, afternoons including weekends
- Must be detailed oriented
- Ability to multitask in a timely manner
- Ability to work well under pressure in a highvolume restaurant
- Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
