YEAR-ROUND EMPLOYMENT

  • Experience in the capacity of Line Cook (or First Cook) is considered an asset
  • Safe Food Handling certificate required
  • Possess knowledge of food preparation, presentation, techniques, and quality standards
  • Ability to plan and organize
  • Team player
  • Demonstrates initiative, enthusiasm, and selfmotivation
  • Must be flexible to work all shifts days, afternoons including weekends
  • Must be detailed oriented
  • Ability to multitask in a timely manner
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a highvolume restaurant
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
