Sandoz is a Novartis Division.

As the Life Cycle Manager you act as a project lead for technical/manufacturing/engineering projects during the Life Cycle of a given product, e.

g. product launches, changes, transfers, pruning, divestment and other special Projects.

Your responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Represent the site in cross-functional project teams led from global / regional functions, e.g. Product Launches, Program Management Teams to ensure the coordination of all activities at site level;
  • Setup and lead local and/or global crossfunctional project teams if no global / regional function is in the lead;
  • Ensure time to market / implementation of all ongoing lifecycle activities;
  • Drive the scope and objectives of projects;
  • Defines and manages critical milestones leading to on time launch, escalates delays as applicable
  • Maintains Heat Map and ProNTO;
  • Monitor business case evaluations for assigned projects and escalate changes as applicable, reporting and facilitating management decisionmaking on life cycle activities;
  • Define and establish implementation strategy with all responsible stakeholders (e.g. Regulatory, Planning, QA, MS&T, etc.);
  • As part of the implementation strategy drive the agreement on the change request strategy and ensure that the project related change requests in the corresponding change control system are maintained in an adequate status as required by the processes;
  • Define and establish the master data strategy together with MDG to ensure an early master data modelling for all Life Cycle Projects"

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor degree in business (Supply chain management, Marketing) or equivalent;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience, including at least 2 years' experience in various pharmaceutical functions e.g. supply chain / production and/or technical development;
  • Demonstrated skills and experience in project management, PMP and/or SSBB certification preferred but not required.
  • Excellent level of written and spoken French and English; good level of written and spoken French a plus
  • Ability to manage priorities and coordinate many projects and/or tasks with globally located team members simultaneously while staying focused on results;
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills;
  • Excellent in summarizing complex information;
  • Interpersonal skills for networking and influencing with internal stakeholders in a heavily matrixed environment.
