    Yamaha & Suzuki Assistant Sales Manager (Powersports Dealership)

    POWERSPORTS ASSISTANT MANAGER

    Are you looking for a position where you can lead an experienced, dedicated Sales Department? BRING YOUR POWERSPORTS PASSION TO LIFE Serpa Motorsports is currently looking for an experienced Sales Manager Though we prefer an experienced Yamaha and Suzuki Sales Manager, all experienced applicants are welcome. CDK Lightspeed experience would also be ideal, but not mandatory

    Serpa Motorsports launched on January 1st, 2020 in our State of the Art Facility in Aurora, together in our Serpa Automotive Boutique building; the first to join Luxury vehicles and Motorsports under one roof We are also the #1 Yamaha Motorcycle + Waverunner Dealer for Central Canada, with a recent accomplishment of becoming an Elite Yamaha Dealer - two years running, which is a recognition that we could only have dreamed of achieving in such a short time.

    Job Position: Assistant Sales Manager - Serpa Motorsports

    Job Responsibilities:
    • Daily Follow up's with Prospects
    • Desk Deals for Sales People
    • Ensure complete customer satisfaction
    • Keep the flow of the department organized
    • Ensure internal units are always available for sale
    • Ensuring Auto Trader and Website inventory is always up to date
    • Hands-on closing deals on sales floor
    • Forecasts goals and objectives for sales, and gross on a monthly and annual basis
    • Ensure you keep up with all Yamaha and Suzuki Training
    • Train and Manage Sales Staff
    Serpa Motorsports is a Yamaha and Suzuki OEM Franchise dealer, with a standalone, state-of-the-art shop facility.
