People Stuff is a growing HR Service Provider and Recruitment firm located in Newfoundland & Labrador & Nova Scotia.

We are looking for a
Human Resources Administrator to join our team in
Halifax.
We work directly with our clients as partners, and we help improve engagement in a real and measurable way.

We help accelerate businesses through their people in a way that is mutually beneficial for employees and employers. This position is for one year maternity leave with the possibility of turning into a permanent position.**
What you will be doing:
  • Assisting in recruitment functions such as creating and posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling skills assessments, conducting prescreens and conducting background and reference checks
  • Supporting HR projects through researching topics, gathering information, writing material and/or content and creating forms or templates.
  • Maintaining client HRIS systems through updating information and creating forms.

What you will bring:


  • Business degree or diploma with HR focus; new graduates are encouraged to apply
  • RPR designation is an asset
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Must be techsavvy using various business software, webbased products and App solutions. We are a paperless organization, always seeking technologybased solutions to help streamline our processes for efficiencies
