Troubleshoot basic and routine customer issues that are technical in nature; including hardware, software, networking, or other designated client products.

Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer.

Provide exceptional customer service to small businesses with their financial program. Provide Cross or Base-Up Sales when appropriate.

Must have relevant technical support experience with hardware, software, networking, data storage, troubleshooting, repair, etc., one year or more preferred

Must be 18 years of age or older

Must have a high school diploma or GED

Must have at least one year customer service experience

Eagerness to learn new technologies

Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally

Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations; including maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner

Able to rotate shifts, as needed

The base salary for this position is $25/hr. (pay rate will not be below the applicable minimum wage), plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program (EAP), registered retirement savings plan, paid time off and holidays, and paid training days.
