Position Overview:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Install, replace, and repair well pumps, including submersible pumps, jet pumps, hand water pumps, and more.
  • Conduct improvements and repairs on water treatment plants.
  • Diagnose water system issues, such as pressure loss and leaks.
  • Provide preventative maintenance and servicing for mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Upgrade water and wastewater systems to enhance functionality and efficiency.
  • Manage wastewater lift stations and repair control systems.
  • Conduct plant audits to assess current process conditions, electrical installations, system controls, and mechanical operations.
  • Provide detailed audit reports with recommendations for improving operations and efficiency.
  • Supply OEM and thirdparty critical spare parts, maintenance parts, chemicals, and consumables as needed.
  • Respond to 24hour callouts for specific alarms in the plant, providing onsite support and troubleshooting.
  • Offer 24/7 technical support to address emergency issues and ensure uninterrupted operation.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs based on plant audits and OEM documentation.
  • Create training programs, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and key checklists to enhance operational efficiency and safety.

Qualifications:


  • Journeyman Plumber certification or equivalent experience in water and waste maintenance.
  • Proven track record in conducting plant audits and implementing maintenance programs.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to perform emergency repairs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.

$25.00-$40.00 per hour
