UCSH is looking for a full time
Project Coordinator, Door Hardware position. This is an on-site position in our Markham location.

WHAT'S THE JOB ABOUT?
Some of the work you will do, but not limited to:

Maintain and update the hardware schedule for the specific project
Assist the Managing Director to review and ensure the accuracy of the hardware schedule before submitting to the customers
Interact with customers on any inquiries they have, and suggest solutions for them
Assist with material pricing and quote request
Build relationships with suppliers and vendors to price and negotiate for the best price and delivery schedule in accordance to the projects' timeline
Coordinate products delivery with customers and warehouse department
Other duties as assigned

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE LIKE YOU WHO HAS:

Minimum High School Diploma, College Diploma/University Degree is preferred
35 years experience working with Commercial Doors, Frames & Hardware industry
Ability to multitask and problem solve
Familiar with architectural plans and shop drawing is an asset
Ability to work independently and work as a team
Strong research abilities, including the capacity to gather and analyze information effectively
Excellent attention to detail
Strong Communication Skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft office
Strong organizational and time management skills
