UCSH is looking for a full time
Project Coordinator, Door Hardware position. This is an on-site position in our Markham location.


WHAT'S THE JOB ABOUT?
Some of the work you will do, but not limited to:

  • Maintain and update the hardware schedule for the specific project
  • Assist the Managing Director to review and ensure the accuracy of the hardware schedule before submitting to the customers
  • Interact with customers on any inquiries they have, and suggest solutions for them
  • Assist with material pricing and quote request
  • Build relationships with suppliers and vendors to price and negotiate for the best price and delivery schedule in accordance to the projects' timeline
  • Coordinate products delivery with customers and warehouse department
  • Other duties as assigned

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE LIKE YOU WHO HAS:

  • Minimum High School Diploma, College Diploma/University Degree is preferred
  • 35 years experience working with Commercial Doors, Frames & Hardware industry
  • Ability to multitask and problem solve
  • Familiar with architectural plans and shop drawing is an asset
  • Ability to work independently and work as a team
  • Strong research abilities, including the capacity to gather and analyze information effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
