Responsibilities

  • Providing inoffice administrative support to the Engineering Team
  • Liaise with Engineering Team to understand job specifications
  • Generating, inputting and organizing orders for projects
  • Problem solving and finding creative solutions to situations
  • Providing administrative support to Engineering and Production Team to ensure and create documentation is well organized
  • Data entry of materials requirements based on shop drawings
  • General office administrative duties

Qualifications & Requirements:


  • Postgrad diploma or program in a related field considered a strong asset
  • Experience working with a manufacturing company an asset
  • Basic computer and MS Office skills
  • Basic math skills as basic calculations and conversions are required
  • Independent ability to evaluate situations, solve problems, and make decisions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Selfmotivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
  • Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings an asset

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
