Responsibilities
- Providing inoffice administrative support to the Engineering Team
- Liaise with Engineering Team to understand job specifications
- Generating, inputting and organizing orders for projects
- Problem solving and finding creative solutions to situations
- Providing administrative support to Engineering and Production Team to ensure and create documentation is well organized
- Data entry of materials requirements based on shop drawings
- General office administrative duties
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Postgrad diploma or program in a related field considered a strong asset
- Experience working with a manufacturing company an asset
- Basic computer and MS Office skills
- Basic math skills as basic calculations and conversions are required
- Independent ability to evaluate situations, solve problems, and make decisions
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Selfmotivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
- Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings an asset
