Requirements:

Must have reliable transportation and be able to work weekends/evenings.
Proven experience, including suggestive sales and knowledge of fine wine, beer, spirits and proteins.
Minimum 1 year bartending experience required.
Minimum 2 years serving experience required.
Accuracy and speed when executing assigned tasks.
Can work 1525 hours a week.

Responsibilities:

Setting up and flipping bar mix and garnish with FIFO and proper food handling procedures.
Preparation of drinks in correct order (ex. chopping garnish, measuring spirits, pouring draft, shaking cocktails).
Serve items to spec with cooperation of up to 6 other team members.
Answer, report and follow managements instructions.
Sanitize bar, floors, booths and equipment.
Minimize wasted product.
Stock and organize inventory appropriately.
Ensure drinks leave the bar in a timely fashion in coordination with other stations.
Comply with all sanitation regulations from Manitoba Health.
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests.
