    Position Title:
    Director, Investment Sales

    Reports To:
    Vice President National Investment Sales

    Department:
    Savings and Retirement (S&R)


    Term:
    Permanent Full-Time


    Work Arrangements:
    You will work from your home office 100% of the time.

    You may be required to be in-person at our office in Waterloo, ON or another assigned location within the Waterloo Region, on an as needed basis.

    Sales related roles may be required to travel based on the assignment.

    The Opportunity:
    The Director, Investment Sales is a critical sales role within our Savings & Retirement division.

    In this role you will be responsible for business development and account management of key MGA, AGA and Advisor relationships in the GTA Area.

    This will include providing sales, product and marketing expertise to select advisors in the territory in order to drive sales of Equitable's Segregated Fund and Annuity products.

    Achieve sales targets for Segregated Funds and Annuity products
    Introduce new Advisors to Equitable's investment products
    Provide product and marketing concept training to Advisors
    5 years of financial industry experience, preferably with experience in marketing to Independent Advisors in a segregated or mutual fund environment
    ~ Strong previous results in sales and sales management are required
    ~ University or College degree in business would be an asset
    ~ Drivers license in good standing and access to a reliable vehicle
