Our specialty is finding properties others overlook and improving them to create value for the residents and strong returns for our investors.

Now that we have your attention

We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in HubSpot to join our team.

As a member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that drive engagement and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Create compelling content that will drive engagement but, more importantly, leads to our network. Responsible for having a deep understanding of our competitor's messaging and advising the senior leaders on best practices.
Create landing pages, forms, and workflows in HubSpot to drive ad generation and customer acquisition
Monitor and optimize campaign performance using HubSpot analytics and other marketing tools
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure lead handoff and followup processes are effective
Manage HubSpot database and ensure data quality and accuracy
Stay uptodate with the latest digital marketing trends and bestpractices, and incorporate them into our marketing strategies
Experience with copywriting and offerbuilding

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation and customer acquisition
Experience using HubSpot or other marketing automation tools
Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
