This is a full-time permanent position, working 75 hours bi-weekly.

The Assessment and Abandoned Mines (AAM) branch of Energy, Mines and Resources (EMR) leads and directs the management and remediation of abandoned mines in the Yukon.
Essential Qualifications
Post-secondary degree in engineering, science, resource management or a related field;
Experience overseeing projects, including work planning, scheduling, and review of deliverables;
Experience building partnerships within and outside your organization;
Experience managing projects related to abandoned mine sites in a northern climate.

Ability to clearly and effectively communicate and build relationships with a diverse complement of project team members and stakeholders
Ability to produce effective results under tight timelines and shifting priorities
Organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
Conditions of Employment
Valid Class 5 driver's license
Job Requirements
Travel within and outside Yukon Territory
