The Role - Operations Coordinator:
This role is an important part of the GroupM Addressable TV team and is key in ensuring that the Operations team runs effectively, efficiently and that client's campaigns deliver in full and against desired audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Creation and management of campaigns
- Data entry and mapping table maintenance
- Monitoring pacing and performance
- Make recommendations and optimisations to ensure optimal margin is achieved
- Producing and distributing network level reports
- Operational troubleshooting and technical support
- Monitor VAST tag delivery and troubleshoot
- Produce campaign analysis and audience reports
- Working closely with the Client Service team in providing campaign commentary and insight
- Support the development of new product ad operation processes
Experience:
- 12 year of inmarket media and advertising experience
- Handson experience of digital advertising operations (managing and trafficking online digital campaigns) including technical troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Handson experience of optimising online digital campaigns within the DSP environment
- Evidence of having approached problems from an analytical perspective and working through to a solution in a logical way
- Excellent time management skills, demonstrating ability to balance various tasks and deadlines
- Evidence of technical comfort and strong understanding of digital media technologies
- Good understanding of digital media landscape
