    Position Overview

    We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Data Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python development, extensive experience with Azure services, and a passion for building robust data solutions. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working on cutting-edge technologies, this role is for you

    Responsibilities

    1.Python Development:

    oProficiently write, optimize, and maintain Python code for data processing, ETL pipelines, and data transformations.

    oCollaborate with data scientists and analysts to implement data-driven solutions.

    2.Azure Expertise:

    oHands-on experience with various Azure services, including:

    Azure Storage Accounts

    Azure Databricks

    Azure Data Factory

    Azure Log Analytics

    Azure Synapse Analytics (formerly SQL Data Warehouse)

    Azure Event Hub

    3.ETL Tools:

    oFamiliarity with ETL tools such as:

    Azure Data Factory (ADF)

    Pyramid Analytics

    SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)

    Alteryx

    4.Data Warehouse Development:

    oParticipate in designing, building, and maintaining data warehouses.

    oOptimize data models for performance and scalability.

    5.Database Development:

    oExperience with database development using:

    Microsoft SQL Server

    Oracle

    oProficiency in SQL development, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and triggers.

    6.Reporting Tools:

    oExposure to reporting and visualization tools such as:

    Pyramid Analytics

    Power BI

    Tableau

    oAbility to create insightful dashboards and reports.

    Qualifications


    •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.


    •7+ years of relevant experience in data engineering, data warehousing, and ETL.


    •Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


    •Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
