Understanding and preparing takeoffs from project drawings for project budget and ordering materials.
Manage RFQs, RFPs and RFIs.
Conduct accurate cost analysis and estimations.
Negotiate contracts with consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Identify project risks and proactively remove the project obstacles.
Meet with the project owner and the project team to identify and resolve issues.
Mange project documents and change orders.
Oversee, order and handle all materials and equipment.
Working with the Northland Asset Management division.

Qualifications:

Having a strong grounding in construction/building practices.
Knowledge in multifamily apartment project is an asset.
13 years' experience in construction and/or coordination, cost estimating and contract negotiation.

- knowledge in mechanical design for multi-family apartment projects an asset.

Must be dedicated to quality and service and maintain this mindset and attitude daily.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and team management skills.
Problem solving and ability to "think outside the box".
Works productively and harmoniously with others consistently.
Ability to Work in Fast Paced Environment
Selfmotivated, adaptable and good in teams.
The individual should have excellent written and oral communication skills.
Prioritizing and Time Management Skills
